Mace is the dried lace shaped reddish covering of the nutmeg spice and is from the only plant that produces two unique spices, Myristica fragrans. It is used in food and beverages the world over for its delicate flavour and for the wonderful saffron like colour it imparts and as such, it is a versatile spice.

Unlike ground or powdered Mace, which quickly loses flavour, fragrance and colour, Dru Era Mace is offered in its whole form to retain every aspect of the spices flavour, colour and aroma. Dru Era takes pride in supplying the world with the finest of the finest spices, delivered to your doorstep within days of harvest.
